French aperitif board championship

Wednesday, April 2nd, 2:30pm - 5:00pm / Snacking Arena

For the third year running, this championship, organised by Italian charcuterie brand Rovagnati, will focus on aperitif boards: the trend that is transforming French aperitifs.

The 5 finalists will be selected based on their applications and will compete in 3 events: traditional, topical on the theme of Italy, and free-style!

Restaurant professionals, pork butchers, caterers and other food professionals will be putting their know-how and creativity to the test in order to create both beautiful and delicious visual creations, with boards that look like artists’ paintings.

  • The traditional board (exclusively made of charcuterie)
  • The Italy-themed board (a tribute to Italian traditions)
  • The freestyle board from your region (participants will create a board inspired by their respective region)
