French aperitive board championship

The very first competition dedicated to aperitifs

For the second year running, this championship, organised by Italian charcuterie brand Rovagnati, will focus on aperitif boards: the trend that is transforming French aperitifs.

The 5 finalists will be selected based on their applications and will compete in 3 events: traditional (only using charcuterie), topical (on the theme of Italy), and free-style!

Restaurant professionals, pork butchers, caterers and other food professionals will be putting their know-how and creativity to the test in order to create both beautiful and delicious visual creations, with boards that look like artists’ paintings.
