With growing popularity in the foodosphere, the trend for plant-based alternatives will once again have its own dedicated competition. The programme includes new contests and plant-based products to work with...

The competition promotes alternatives to animal proteins in food service (such as plant-based meat alternatives, plant-based fish alternatives, and insects, etc.) through technical and creative challenges. Entrants will have to revisit essential snack dishes by incorporating plant-based substitutes into their recipes!
