2025 Challenges

Three plant-based challenges to reinvent snack classics. For this year’s event, the Plant-Based Challenge by Flora Food Group will be giving entrants the chance to revisit snack classics using 100% plant-based products, in 3 challenges.

1 - Veggie Sandwich

Entrants will have to revisit a snacking staple, the sandwich, giving it a modern, plant-based twist.

The set products will be: Violife Vegan Cheddar Flavour Slices and SwapfoodPlant-Based Chicken Fillet.

2 - Beef bourguignon revisited 

Entrants will have to reinvent this classic French dish in a plant-based snack version, while retaining its delicious, indulgent flavours.

The set products will be: Flora butter alternative and Planted Vegan Steak.

3 - Gourmet dessert 

This dessert challenge will showcase the entrants’ ability to create delicious and balanced vegan desserts.

The set product will be: Flora 31% vegan cream.
